Award-Winning Coastal Architecture Tailored to Your Vision
At Sennikoff Architects, we design exceptional custom homes that embody the Newport Beach lifestyle: luxurious, timeless, and deeply connected to their coastal surroundings.
With more than 30 years of experience in Southern California residential architecture, our award-winning team blends creativity, precision, and personal attention in every project. From oceanfront estates and modern hillside residences to whole-home remodels and additions, we craft homes that harmonize beauty, function, and place.
Your Newport Beach Home, Designed Around You
Every property, family, and lifestyle is unique, and your home should be too. Our process begins with understanding how you live, your vision, and the character of your site. Whether you are building a new coastal home in Newport Beach or reimagining an existing residence, we design architecture that enhances daily life and elevates its natural setting.
We prioritize:
-
Seamless indoor-outdoor living and panoramic coastal views.
-
Designs that respect Newport Beach zoning, height, and setback codes.
-
Personal collaboration from concept through construction.
The result is a custom home that feels truly yours, crafted for longevity, comfort, and enduring style.
